Sales Support Intern

We are looking for an intern (meeloopstage) to join the sales support team. Our team makes sure that our customers, stores and agents worldwide are happy and that the order process of their MUD Jeans is easy and enjoyable. Are you enthusiastic about providing amazing sales support to an international network of customers and partners? Then we are looking for you!

• Support the sales support team in ensuring that all orders and systems run smoothly
• Gain experience in managing backend data of products and an online shop
• Make our customers and wholesale partners happy by providing solutions and customer-oriented communication
• Develop your organizational skills by organizing deliveries for our key accounts
• Run the operations and organize the collection at our headquarters
• Take an active part in weekly team meetings to brainstorm ideas or improve processes

• You are student at an MBO, HBO or WO or you are in a gap period and want to gain some practical experience
• Start date January, February or March 2024
• You are available for 4-6 months
• You have a structured way of working and attention for detail
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus!
• You have good communication skills in writing and verbally
• You are motivated to be part of a sustainable denim brand and a team player
