What MUD Jeans items are eligible for this service?
You can repair all MUD jeans items, from jeans, shorts, skirts, dungarees to jackets. Alterations are only eligible for our jeans and need to be newly bought with the labels and hangtags still attached.

This service is anywhere in the Netherlands.
How much does this service cost?
Browse through the repairs to see the cost for each repair. MUD Jeans is committed to longevity and will cover 50% of the repair price for you. Hooray!
Which repairs are included?
We repair crotches, rips, tears, zippers, belt loops, pockets, seams, rivets, studs, buttons, and labels.
Is it possible to personalize my repair or alteration?
Our tailors will repair or alter your items according to our standards but for now it is not possible to add any personalization.
Can I still get my jeans altered as well?
Yes, you can! Only new items are eligible for an alteration. These items must have the labels and hangtags still attached in order to qualify for an alteration.
Can I also get my leased jeans repaired?
Yes, you can!
What if my jeans are unrepairable?
If our tailor believes that your jeans are too broken to repair, you can choose to receive them back or leave them at the tailor. We will collect the jeans and recycle them, to ensure that the materials can be used for life. When you leave your jeans with the tailor, you can still receive a €10 discount on your next pair of MUD Jeans. Simply tick the option “return old jeans” at the checkout, you won’t need to send your old jeans back to us again. Alternatively, you can also simply send your old jeans back to us with the return label that comes with your new order.
What if I am unsatisfied with the repair or alteration?
That would be a bummer! Please contact support@mended.eu and we are happy to help you as part of our MENDED 30-Day Happiness Guarantee.
